World Tennis League | Abu Dhabi
Canbury has supported the delivery of the World Tennis League across hospitality operations, transport logistics, guest relations and culinary planning.
The event combines elite international tennis with large-scale entertainment and premium hospitality, requiring close coordination across players, artists, guests, suppliers and venue teams.
Initially launched in Dubai in 2022 before expanding into Abu Dhabi, the annual event runs each December from 19–24, combining elite international tennis with large-scale live entertainment and premium hospitality experiences.
Our London team arrives on-site two weeks prior to oversee player logistics, close family hospitality, artist coordination, and operational planning across the full event schedule. Alongside daily tennis programming, the arena was transformed each evening into a live concert venue featuring artists including Akon, Bryan Adams, Ne-Yo, and 50 Cent.
The event required seamless coordination across multiple international teams, high-volume hospitality operations, and the daily transition of the arena from a world-class sporting environment into a fully operational concert venue, all while maintaining a premium guest and player experience throughout.
